"A Great Work" Nehemiah Lettering Fine Art Print
The verse I cling to for when I get distracted.
When Nehemiah was rebuilding the fallen walls of Jerusalem, Sanballat and Geshem came again and again to taunt, scare, and distract Nehemiah and the people of God from the Lord’s work.
And in the book of Nehemiah we read,
“And I sent messengers to them, saying, "I am doing a great work and I cannot come down. Why should the work stop while I leave it and come down to you?”” (Nehemiah 6:3)
This word grounds me and helps me focus, not on the world’s voices, but on the Lord’s work. The Lord is moving and active — let us pay attention lest we lose an opportunity to be His hands and His feet.
“For they all wanted to frighten us, thinking, "Their hands will drop from the work, and it will not be done." But now, O God, strengthen my hands.” (Nehemiah 6:9)
“A Great Work” is a vertical fine art print. Printed on 100% cream cotton paper. The print is unframed and signed by Patsy on the front right hand corner.
